International Institute of Object Relations Therapy -IIORT- (Selection of Applicants)

	SELECTION OF APPLICANTS
			Participants are mental health professionals or graduate students. We have enrolled social workers, pastoral counsellors, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and one psychiatric service administrator. We recruit a diverse body of participants at various levels of experience and from all mental health disciplines, because we learn from differences in professional culture, age and perspective. Our admission policy is deliberately non-exclusive. The only criteria for admission are a background in one of the mental health disciplines, interest in object relations theory, and commitment to group learning. Participants who wish to enrol in the Satellite Clinical Application Program must be licensed or license-eligible.
